The store keeps the organisation's profile in step

A self-serve merchant never opens the dashboard's Company Settings, so what they type in the store's set-up (legal name, address, website) is the organisation's profile. The store's key may write these; the participant identifier and VAT number are not taken from here — they come from the registration the store makes, and are mirrored onto the organisation then.
