The CURATED document-type set this platform registers for a country — what the SMP wizard's checklist offers. Public: it is static config, the same information any SMP lookup of a registered participant reveals.
Grouped by doc_type_id (one checkbox per document type; selecting it keeps
every identifier-scheme variant it registers under). AU/NZ get PINT A-NZ by
default and EU BIS 3.0 opt-in (A-NZ BIS was deprecated 2025-05-22 and PINT
has been mandatory since 2025-05-15); everyone else gets BIS 3.0 by
default. Read default per entry rather than assuming.
