Get Branding

GET 
/api/v1/settings/company/branding

Get the branding this org's documents are rendered with (its own, and for brand name, colour and footer what it inherits from its partner; the inherited list names those). Returns a proxy logo URL if a logo exists. The settings form edits the org's own values from GET /company.
