Disconnect Connector

/api/v1/connectors/:connector_id/disconnect

Purge stored credentials and stop polling.

The registry row survives so history and health remain visible; only the ability to reach the customer's system is removed. Disconnect must always succeed — a customer withdrawing our access should never be blocked by their ERP being unreachable.
