Update Connector

Update a connector. config is MERGED, never replaced: each key sent is set, a key sent as null is removed, every other key is kept.

It used to replace config wholesale, like POST. GoRoute keeps its own working state in the same object — the parked register, the Odoo cursor's handled ids, an in-flight Zoho authorisation — so a call setting one key (the parked remedy tells a Zoho seller to set oman_export_zero_rate_code) wiped all of it (PR #912 review). A client that sends the whole object back, as the docs told it to, gets the same result as before; removing a key now takes an explicit null.

Merged in the database, not written back from the object this request loaded, so a poll that commits its register meanwhile keeps it — the same way PUT .../reference-fields writes its one key.
