Change Member Role
PATCH/api/v1/team/members/:member_id/role
Change a member's role on their existing OrgMembership row.
The row must already exist: a role change never enrols anybody. It used
to, for a login whose custom:organization_id named this org — and a
user can write that attribute themselves, so anybody could put themselves
on an org's Team page for its owner to "assign a role" to.
