/api/v1/team/members/:member_id

Remove a member from the org: their OrgMembership rows here are deleted, which ends their access on their next request. Irreversible. Org-owned data (invoices, transactions, audit history) is retained because it belongs to the organization, not the individual user.

Their Cognito login is deleted too only if :func:app.services.pool_user_guard.decide_pool_login_act allows it — on a pool this cell owns, for a login with no membership in any other org here and no admin-console access. Otherwise it is kept, and the response says so (login_deleted: false) in words that do not reveal why.
