Deactivate Member

/api/v1/team/members/:member_id/deactivate

Deactivate a member: their membership here becomes inactive, which ends their access to this org on their next request.

Their login is disabled as well only if :func:app.services.pool_user_guard.decide_pool_login_act allows it. Disabling a login stops it signing in to every organisation, here and on any cell sharing the pool, so it is not one organisation's to do while the login is used anywhere else.
