Hand the plan back to GoRoute (Shopify or Wix app uninstall)

DELETE 
/api/v1/billing/plan

Called on app uninstall. Clears the external source, reference, dates and quota override; the plan becomes whatever the Stripe subscription on file says, else Free. Stripe checkout works again afterwards.
