Set the plan from an external billing source (Shopify or Wix app)
PUT/api/v1/billing/plan
The Shopify app bills the merchant through Shopify, the Wix app through
the Wix Billing System, and each records the outcome here. From this call
on the plan is managed externally: Stripe checkout, plan change and portal
answer 409 plan_managed_externally and Stripe webhooks no longer move
this organisation's plan. free clears the subscription reference and
dates but the source stays what it was. Answers with the same shape as
GET /billing/usage.
