This month's invoice allowance and what the organisation can buy

/api/v1/billing/usage

Any key of the organisation may read this — it is the organisation's own counter, and the plugins show it beside the settings.

allowance is the effective monthly quota (a quota_override replaces the plan's figure). billing_source is stripe unless the plan is managed by the Shopify app, in which case checkout and the portal are closed here and billing_external_ref names the app subscription.
