Turn an agent installed before enrolment into a connector

For installs that predate enrolment: the same body as enrol without the code, authenticated by the organisation API key the agent already holds (it must carry invoices:create; a signed-in portal session is refused 403 ADOPT_NEEDS_API_KEY). Finds the organisation's sage50 connector, or creates it, and answers exactly as enrol does, with a NEW connector-scoped key the agent switches to. The key used for this call is left as it is (other systems may share it); revoke it in the portal once the agent heartbeats on the new one.
