Agent reports how a command went

/api/v1/connectors/:connector_id/agent/commands/:command_id/result

With the agent's own key. status done or failed, a detail sentence and, for diagnostics, the artifact_id the upload returned. For rotate_key with done the answer carries the NEW key in api_key; switch to it and heartbeat. Repeating the call for a rotation not yet swapped in revokes the key handed out before and issues another (for an answer lost on the way). 409 COMMAND_ALREADY_FINISHED otherwise.
