The latest agent release of a channel

GET 
/api/v1/connectors/agents/releases/latest

Public (nothing secret): {version, url, sha256, notes_url, published_at, channel} from releases/sage50-agent.json, cached 60 s. channel defaults to prod on production and test elsewhere. 404 RELEASE_NOT_PUBLISHED for a channel with nothing in it. The agent installs only a file whose sha256 matches AND whose Authenticode signature is the publisher's.
